Vendor Application Form: White Rock Pride Family Day July 18, 2026

White Rock Pride Family Day returns Saturday, July 18th from 11 am to 4 pm at Miramar Village part of our annual White Rock Pride Week celebration!

We are accepting applications for food vendors, Pride merchandise sellers or artisans and community groups who are passionate about Pride and want to be part of this years’ festivities. Applicants must align with our mission and meet the following criteria.

1. Retail Booth Must Sell Pride-Themed Products: Vendors are required to offer products that celebrate and support 2SLGBTQ+ pride. This can include but is not limited to rainbow-themed merchandise, 2SLGBTQ+ literature, apparel, accessories, and artwork.
2. Payment Options Must Include Cashless Options: In line with modern convenience and safety measures, vendors must be equipped to accept cashless payments such as credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or electronic transfers.
3. Must Have Their Own Social Media to Promote This Event: Vendors are expected to actively promote their participation in the White Rock Pride Family Day event on their own social media platforms. This helps to generate excitement and awareness within the community.
4. Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: The Organizer is required to obtain any necessary temporary food permits from the Fraser Health Authority if applicable. Please refer to the requirements outlined by the Fraser Health Authority for food businesses here. We will need copies of your permits and certificates.
5. Community Groups: This year, we have a limited capacity for community groups, with space available for up to 10 organizations that specifically cater to or offer services for the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

Vendor FAQ

1. Booth Fee = $55 

For approved vendors, the booth fee is $55. Payment must be received by June 1, 2026 to secure your space.

Once payment is received, we will send you a receipt.

2. Insurance Requirement

Accepted vendors are required to provide third-party liability insurance. Please include the following Additional Insured on your insurance policy:

If you do not have existing third-party liability insurance, we recommend using DUUO insurance for this event. Click here to get your insurance.

3. Food Vendors Only – Temporary Food Permits

Food vendors are required to obtain temporary food permits from the Fraser Health Authority. Detailed requirements and further information can be found on the Fraser Health Authority website here. Application forms can be accessed here.

Approved permits must be emailed to FamilyDay@whiterockpride.com. 

4. Tents, Tables & Chairs

You must provide your own 10’X10’ tent with at least 25lb weights for each tent leg; as well as a table and chairs for your booth.

We also encourage you to decorate your booth with Pride.
